What do I get in the 14-day free trial?

What happens after 14 days?

We review your trial results with you. If the numbers work, you choose a plan and continue. There is no annual lock-in.

Who can start a trial?

Shopify and WooCommerce stores doing 500 or more orders a month go straight to a setup call. Smaller stores can request an onboarding call to explore WhatsApp recovery.

How is pricing calculated?

Plans are priced per order, with an included monthly allowance and an additional-order rate. Each COD order or abandoned checkout counts once in the estimate. Use the calculator to compare the plan base and overage for your volume; confirm messaging charges, taxes and retry terms in your demo.

What happens when a call is unanswered?

For COD and failed deliveries the call is retried up to 3 times at the gaps you choose, and a WhatsApp follow-up can go out in between. If the buyer is still unreachable, the order is marked for your team. Your team always controls what ships.

What does my team need to prepare?

Bring monthly order volume, COD share, RTO rate and the commerce and shipping tools you use. We map your dispatch cutoffs, language, brand policies and exception handling before testing your first workflow.

Is Recover Agent just an AI calling tool?
