a) Information You Provide (Merchants)

When you sign up, book a demo, or use our Services, we may collect:

  • Name, email address, phone number

  • Company name, website URL

  • Shopify store details and order metadata

  • Billing and payment-related information

  • Support communications and feedback

b) Information About End Customers (On Behalf of Merchants)

Recover Agent processes limited customer data strictly to perform recovery actions. This may include:

  • Customer name

  • Phone number

  • Language preference

  • Order status (COD, abandoned checkout, delivery status)

  • Call responses (e.g., confirmed / not confirmed)

  • WhatsApp interaction logs

Important: Recover Agent acts as a data processor for end-customer data. The merchant remains the data controller.

3. Voice Calls & Call Recordings

  • Our AI Voice Agents may place automated calls to customers for:

    • COD order verification

    • Abandoned checkout recovery

    • Delivery and NDR resolution

  • Calls may be recorded for:

    • Quality assurance

    • System training

    • Dispute resolution

  • Call recordings are stored securely and accessed only by authorized personnel.

Merchants are responsible for ensuring they have lawful consent or a valid business purpose to contact their customers.

4. WhatsApp & Messaging Data

Recover Agent uses official WhatsApp APIs to send messages, reminders, and payment links.

We may process:

  • Message delivery status

  • User responses

  • Payment intent confirmations (no card data stored)

Recover Agent does not read personal WhatsApp chats outside of automated business interactions.

5. How We Use Information

We use collected information to:

  • Provide and operate our AI Voice and WhatsApp recovery services

  • Verify COD orders and reduce fake or failed deliveries

  • Recover abandoned carts and improve conversions
