5. WhatsApp Business Platform

Recover Agent integrates with Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform.

By using WhatsApp-related features, you agree to comply with:

  • Meta Platform Terms

  • WhatsApp Business Terms

  • WhatsApp Business Messaging Policies

You are solely responsible for:

  • Obtaining all necessary customer consents and opt-ins.

  • Ensuring lawful communications with your customers.

  • Managing message templates and content sent through your WhatsApp Business Account.

Recover Agent is not responsible for violations of Meta or WhatsApp policies committed by users of the Services.

6. Customer Data

You retain ownership of all customer and business data submitted to the Services.

You grant Recover Agent permission to process such data solely for the purpose of providing the Services.

You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights and permissions to provide such data to Recover Agent.

8. Fees and Payments

Certain features of the Services may require payment.

You agree to:

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Recover Agent shall not be liable for:

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Recover Agent during the twelve months preceding the claim.
